Compass Health Center is seeking a Clinical Coordinator of the OCD and Complex Anxiety Disorder Track for our Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs in our Chicago, IL office.

We are seeking a clinician a clinician experienced w/working with individuals of all ages with OCD and anxiety disorders, and delivering exposure therapy. The clinician should be up to date on the latest CBP and exposure therapy research and have experience supervising other clinicians. As the Clinical Coordinator of the OCD and Complex Anxiety Disorder track, you will manage a caseload of individual patients needing exposure therapy, will supervise other clinicians, and will manage programmatic elements of the track.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing OCD Track therapists and exposure therapy provided in each program
  • Assigning exposure therapists to cases in each program
  • Facilitating a weekly OCD therapy meeting to discuss any issues, reminders, program changes, etc…
  • Conducting exposure therapy sessions with assigned patients on a daily basis (or as needed basis)
  • Attend rounds and other program meetings regularly
  • Providing weekly individual supervision to track therapists
  • Conducting diagnostic assessments
  • Effectively communicating between patients, families and the treatment team
  • Communicating with outside providers conducting trauma therapy for continuity of care
  • Assessing patients’ progress and need for higher level of care or discharge
  • Charting progress of patients appropriately

You would be the ideal candidate if you:

  • Have three years, post master’s group experience
  • Hold the following licenses or certification: LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD
  • Experience with OCD and anxiety disorder treatment, specifically exposure therapy
  • Managerial or supervisory experience is preferred
  • Past PHP or inpatient experience is preferred
  • Explicit training in diagnosing OCD and anxiety disorders within specialty populations
  • Possess a core skill set of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
