Mr. Honecker began his social work career working with adults struggling with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders. Following this, Mr. Honecker began practicing group and individual therapy with adolescents at an intensive outpatient center for adolescents and adults with co-occurring disorders. In 2009 Mr. Honecker began work at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, MD. While there, he provided individual, family and group therapy services to children, adolescents and families impacted by trauma, abuse, violence and neglect. During the course of his career, Mr. Honecker has placed an emphasis on providing compassion, empathy and guidance in work with clients. Mr. Honecker received his social work degree in 2009 at Salisbury University in Maryland.
