Cordelia holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago with specializations in Mental Health and Interprofessional Practice with At-Risk Youth and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePaul University. Cordelia graduated Summa Cum Laude and Magna Cum Laude, respectfully. She has clinical experience providing individual and group therapy with a diverse array of children, adolescents, and families throughout the Northshore and Chicagoland areas.
In addition to utilizing cognitive behavioral therapies and dialectical behavioral therapies, Cordelia incorporates trauma-informed approaches and empowerment models to help foster resilience in the children and families she works with. Cordelia’s passion stems from a desire to apply evidence-based treatments and research to help children and their families thrive most effectively. Cordelia has presented her research and work at numerous conferences and events and continues to be involved in projects that are striving to bridge practice with research.
