Young Adult Group Therapist and Resource Therapist
Eshley is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has a passion for working with adolescents and young adults through ACT and DBT oriented therapy. Eshley obtained her Master’s degree in counseling and human services from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. Eshley worked with the young adults in a college wellness center, providing individual, couples, family and group therapy for college students. Eshley also led skills groups for incoming freshmen and transfer students focused on mental health and wellness. Eshley worked at Response Center, a program of Jewish Child & Family Services, serving adolescents ages 12-25 and their families. Eshley acted as an individual, group and family therapist, specializing in mood disorders, life-transitions and crisis management. Eshley takes a client-centered and holistic approach in her work, aiming to empower clients with skills while attending to all areas of wellness. Eshley is passionate about guiding those she works with towards increased self-awareness and finding intrinsic motivation to create lasting changes that allow them to thrive.
