Dr. Rusch utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to treat various anxiety and mood disorders. She has experience conducting individual, family, and group therapy in medical centers, veteran’s hospitals, outpatient clinics, and private practice for both adults and adolescents. She uses a collaborative approach to therapy that is active and skills based. Dr. Rusch has co-authored a book on depression, published numerous peer-reviewed journal articles, and contributed to several book chapters. Originally from the North Shore, Dr. Rusch received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and completed her internship at Duke University Medical Center.
