Lead Child Group Therapist
Lindsay is a passionate and motivated mental health professional who holds a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from DePaul University. Her clinical experience includes a background in community mental health and medical care coordination. While working in community mental health, Lindsay skillfully delivered individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults with a wide range of mental health needs. She also has experience providing crisis intervention, coordinating hospitalizations, and collaborating on multidisciplinary teams.
Along with cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, Lindsay utilizes person-centered, strengths-based and trauma informed approaches to develop strong therapeutic relationships. She enjoys using mindfulness, art, play, and creativity as part of the therapeutic process. Lindsay is dedicated to providing support and opportunities to youth and their families in order to foster healthy social-emotional development, empowerment, and healing.
