Lead Adolescent Group Therapist
Meagan completed her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and earned her Master’s of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She solidified her passion of working with youth while interning at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago where she provided individual, family and group therapy to children and adolescents admitted to the hospital’s Inpatient Psychiatry Unit. Meagan has worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, psychotic disorders, behavioral issues, substance abuse as well as youth and adults experiencing homelessness. She is committed to enhancing her clients’ abilities to identify, address and successfully work through challenges through the use of honest dialog and evidence-based techniques.
