Primary Clinical Therapist
Nicole graduated from Roosevelt University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and has a specific interest in interpersonal relationships and effective communication. Nicole utilizes a client-centered, strengths-based approach incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Nicole’s previous experience includes conducting individual, family and group therapy with clients of all ages and backgrounds in a community mental healthcare setting. She has also previously worked with Veterans through the Veterans Upward Bound program, providing individual support in order to promote self-esteem and problem-solving skills. Nicole strives to foster a safe, supportive, non-judgmental relationship with clients in order to empower them to gain insight and create change in their lives.
